ANTHONY BURNS, President & CEO

Anthony is a native of Kansas City, Missouri. He attended Southern Arkansas University, majoring in Elementary Education. Anthony became Account Executive for KMJJ radio station in Shreveport, LA, then on to a position as Marketing Consultant for Jerry Williams Advertising Agency. The agency promoted and produced for various companies via radio, television, newspapers, billboards and magazines.

SUZANNE R. JONES

Suzanne is a native of Collierville, TN, and brings extensive diverse experience to the team at Oxy 3 Marketing. Most recently she spent ten years in the Investment and Financial Planning industry playing a key role in the acquisition of multi-million dollar accounts. Suzanne possesses excellent communication and research skills. Her hobbies include travel, reading and spending time with family and friends. Suzanne's knowledge of the Memphis Market, her dedication and strong work ethic maker her a valuable asset to a winning team.

STEVE DOSS, Vice President of Public Relations

Steve is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Administration. He has acquired a very diverse background and extensive business experience from his involvement & entrepreneurial efforts in the restaurant, entertainment, and real estate development industries. Steve is a member of the Memphis Regional Chamber of Commerce, the South Main Association and the Downtown Neighborhood Association. Steve's broad range of experience, drive, dedication and commitment make him an invaluable part of our winning team.

SUSANNAH YOUNG, traffic coordinator

Susannah Young graduated cum laude from Rhodes College with a degree in English. After receiving her degree, she worked as an event and production coordinator at the Center for Southern Folklore, a local non-profit organization. Susannah comes to Oxy-3 from archer>malmo, where she interned as an account coordinator and copywriter. She adores independent music and art deco furniture.

IRINA KACJUBA, Senior Account Executive

Born of Russian descent, raised in Latvia, immigrated to the United States. Attended Southwest Tennessee Community College. Studied graphic design in Europe, received European IT certification. Strong background in web design, great communication skills and broad experience in sales. Hobbies include modern art, classical music, reading works of great literature classics, studies of American governmental system and law principles. A winning attitude.

ALAN AMBROSE, senior accounts analyst

Alan Ambrose graduated from Arkansas State University with Bachelors’ Degrees in Media and Psychology. After an internship with a local graphics firm, he worked as the south zone representative for Nielsen Media Research, the company responsible for the national television ratings. Alan comes to Oxy-3 with vast experience in the ratings and research arena. Alan also works in the Memphis film scene on both local and national projects.
